These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by WENO Craftsmen (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, scheduling services, or allowing work to be performed, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
WENO Craftsmen provides residential home repair and improvement services, including but not limited to general repairs, drywall, tiling, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, furniture assembly, wall mounting, light demolition, and related services.
All work is performed according to the agreed scope of work.
2. Estimates & Scope of Work
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Estimates may change if:
- Additional work is requested
- Hidden or unforeseen conditions are discovered
- Site conditions differ from what was initially observed
Any additional work or cost will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
3. Pricing & Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payment is due upon completion of the work
- Materials or special-order items may require advance payment
- Invoices must be paid promptly once the job is completed
Non-payment may result in additional fees or collection measures as permitted by law.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients are asked to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee to cover lost time and scheduling costs.
Materials may be supplied by WENO Craftsmen or by the client, depending on the agreement. We are not responsible for defects, delays, or failures related to client-supplied materials. Special-order materials are non-refundable once purchased.
6. Access & Worksite Conditions
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, including utilities when required. WENO Craftsmen is not responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by unsafe conditions, restricted access, or lack of utilities.
7. Workmanship & Satisfaction
We take pride in our work and aim for complete customer satisfaction. Any concerns regarding workmanship must be reported within a reasonable time after completion so we may address them. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or third-party materials.
8. Liability
WENO Craftsmen carries appropriate insurance and takes reasonable care while performing services. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, except where prohibited by law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Permits & Regulations
When required by law, licensed trades will be used. Clients are responsible for informing us of building rules, condo regulations, or permit requirements unless otherwise agreed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada.

WENO Craftsmen may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
